Job responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions as per product specifications defined by the product managers and stakeholders
  • Perform research to identify the best methods of implementing requirements
  • Maintain high performance and compatibility across platforms

  • Identify process improvement scopes, propose system modifications, and devise strategies to optimize performance
  • Design and develop automated deployment and maintenance mechanisms
  • Create technical documentation to support delivery, maintenance, and future adoption

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer using Rust (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Strong experience in Rust along with at least one other language, like Java, Solidity, Golang, Python or C++

  • Both front-end and back-end knowledge with demonstrated experience in UI/UX / website design and database development
  • Proficient in developing and interfacing APIs using a RESTful architecture, SOAP, and Graph
  • Understanding of multiple DBMS technologies, like MySQL, MongoDB, SQLServer, Oracle, etc.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English with engineering managers
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zone

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with Web Assembly is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment
